mcgarrybowen was founded in 2002 in New York City. We are an agency built on the belief that clients deserve better. Using that simple premise, we’ve built enduring relationships
with some of the world’s most iconic brands.

In 2008, mcgarrybowen became part of the Dentsu Network, and over the past three years, we have been named Agency of the Year three times (Ad Age: 2009, 2011; Adweek: 2011). Along the way,
Dentsu and mcgarrybowen have worked hand in hand toward creating a global mcgarrybowen network.

Now we are thrilled to announce the expansion of our London office. This growth is instrumental in helping clients reach every potential consumer and every potential touchpoint across the globe.
We are committed to partnering with our clients wherever they go, and today those goals have taken a giant leap forward. Together, we’ll continue to make great strides.

Agency Sleepout for Centrepoint

Greg, Margot and Simon Alexander joined more than 650 other Londoners in a sponsored SleepOut for Centrepoint, the youth homelessness charity. Currently, about 80,000 young people are homeless in the UK – and Centrepoint provides support and accommodation to 825 every day from 33 centres across London. Between them, our intrepid 'rough' sleepers raised £1,200 and the whole event £140,000. There is also still time to donate to their Just Giving page.

New Tetley Campaign

Our brand new work for Tetley has launched in France this week. The new campaign introduces ‘tea wishes’, the idea that every time you pull the drawstrings on your teabag, you can also make a wish for someone special.

It’s based on the insight that there is much more to tea drinking than a hot beverage.  Making a cup of tea for someone shows that you care, and the unique Tetley drawstrings provides an opportunity to create a little ritual every time you make a cup.

Please take a look, and don’t forget to make a tea wish next time you squeeze the last drop from your teabag!
